Fields marked * are required — the app can't compute health colors, churn signals, or renewal countdowns without them.
What updates where
Accounts → Dashboard, Reports & Dashboards, Team Console, AI Assistant quick actions.
Alerts → Dashboard's briefing + signals column, Team Console roster.
CPQ quotes → CPQ Audit tab only — add one per account there if you want that tab to show something for it.
Leave last activity blank to default to today. Churn signal and renewal countdown are computed automatically from these two dates — see them live in Dashboard and the new Reports & Dashboards tab.
